[2] After receiving your order, we will send you a payment link via email. Please complete your payment within 24 hours; otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.
[3] You need to upload the prescription in the PrEP Application Form. Please complete the 🔗 PrEP Application Form within 24 hours of placing your order. We will only start reviewing your order once payment and the PrEP Application Form are completed.

[5] If our doctor determines that you are not suitable for PrEP, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If you only purchased PrEP medication, you will receive a full refund. If you purchased both PrEP medication and online medical consultation service, you will only be refunded for the PrEP medication, as the consultation service has already been utilized.
