Payment
After receiving your order, we will send you a payment link via email. Please verify that the sender’s email address and the invoice issuer match the information below.

Please complete your payment within 24 hours; otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.
You can choose from the following payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, and JCB.
Digital Wallet: We accept PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Line Pay.
Payment information is securely encrypted, and we do not store your payment information.
If you don’t have a prescription from a doctor:
Please make sure to add the “Online Medical Consultation Service” to your order when purchasing PrEP medication. This allows us to arrange for a doctor to review your health information and determine if a PrEP prescription is appropriate for you. For more details, please refer to the “How to get PrEP” page.
Delivery Countries and Specific Limits
For prescription medications such as PrEP or PEP, there are strict regulations regarding the purchase quantity and import conditions in each country. Before placing an order, ensure you are aware of and comply with the relevant policies in your country to avoid exceeding the permitted purchase limits.
If your order quantity exceeds the permitted limits:
We will split your order into multiple shipments. These packages may be sent a few days apart.

Shipping Costs and Fees
We offer a flat shipping rate worldwide, no matter which country you are in.
Free shipping on orders of $60 or more
Free shipping is valid on all orders of US$60 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied.
Shipping fee is $5 for orders under $60
If your order is under $60, a $5 shipping fee will apply, no matter where you are.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
All orders will be delivered using International ePacket. it’s a type of international mail service provided by national postal services.
Processing Time
We typically complete order processing within one business day[1]. This includes verifying the prescription you have uploaded or issuing a prescription based on the information you have provided. Once your order is confirmed and paid, it will be shipped the next business day[2].
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is approximately 4-10 business days[3], depending on the destination. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. Once the package reaches your country, the local postal service may provide even more detailed tracking information using the same tracking number.

Order Cancellation, Return, Refund
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund on any medicines sold once they have been shipped, except for damaged or defective items. However, if you change your mind after ordering and wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will be able to provide a full refund.
If our doctor determines that you are not suitable for PrEP:
We will cancel your order and issue a refund.
If you only purchased PrEP medication, you will receive a full refund.
If you purchased both PrEP medication and online medical consultation service, you will only be refunded for the PrEP medication, as the consultation service has already been utilized.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with stains or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Providing Photographic Evidence
In the case of damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect when contacting us to facilitate a swift resolution.
No Return Shipping Fee
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will not incur any fees.
